Wolfram Kuoni

Chairman

Wolfram, MBA INSEAD, is the managing partner of a Zurich based law firm. He holds a PhD on the Swiss Export Risk Insurance. His firm serves industrial and financial companies in the commodity industry. Since 2005 Wolfram has also been serving on the board and as shareholder of various industrial and financial companies active in the commodity industry.

Harris Antoniou

Vice-Chairman

Harris Antoniou is the Founder and Managing Director of Neptune Maritime Leasing Ltd, established to modernize maritime finance and support the fleet renewal required for the decarbonisation of the global merchant fleet.

Since May 2023, Harris has served as Board Member and Treasurer of Komvos-Node – Networks of Global Hellenism, a non-profit organisation founded in Greece to promote dialogue and initiatives around scientific, technological, and societal advancement. He is also Vice Chairman of the Zug Commodity Association and a Board Member of the Hellenic Marine Environment Protection Association (HELMEPA).

Samuel Bussmann

Samuel has 25 years of experience in advising international companies, particularly in the commodities industry. Samuel is a founding partner of the consulting firm MME Tax AG with offices in Zug and Zurich. Previously, he spent many years with a Big4 firm in Switzerland and the USA. Samuel is a certified tax expert, holds a doctorate in law and is admitted to the Zug bar. He is a board member of various national and international companies.

 

Setrak Bahceli

Setrak Bahceli is a senior executive with 35+ years of experience in global commodity trading, procurement, and market strategy at BASF. He built and scaled trading platforms and led international teams of up to 100 professionals. Setrak has strong track record in trading-driven business development, risk management, and scaling operations across market cycles, with recognized expertise in anticipating structural shifts and integrating procurement, logistics, and risk into value creation.

Reto Hofer

Reto serves as Office Managing Partner and plays a key role on EY Switzerland’s Energy Sector Leadership Team. With over three decades of experience, he provides strategic guidance and assurance to global corporations and family-owned enterprises across the energy, media, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors, with deep expertise in commodity trading. His leadership extends beyond EY—he contributed for more than eight years as a jury member for the Prix SVC Central Switzerland, supporting entrepreneurial excellence. Reto is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant and a licensed audit expert, recognized for driving impact and fostering trust at the highest level.

Ruth Sandelowsky

Ruth has studied Law and worked for Philipp Brothers Amsterdam from 1974 till 1984 as a Trader in Chemicals.

In 1984 she became the head of the European operations of Phibro Energy till 1991. In 1991 she became the head of the Petrochemicals dept of Phibro Salomon which later became Citigroup. In 1997 Ruth established Kolmar Petrochemicals who became Kolmar Group in 2007, where she has been acting as CEO and Chairwoman of the Board to-date.

Gloria Frauenfelder

General Secretary

Gloria is a Finance Executive and has worked  for over 15 years in the commodity industry in various positions including Heading Finance,  Risk-Management, Supply Chain Finance, Tax, M&A, and ESG Compliance.

Leila Närhinen

Secretary, Administration

Leila is experienced office administrator and secretary. She has worked in various sectors mostly in the Nordics, both as employee and entrepreneur.
