Content and goal:

• The participants learn the fundamentals of the crisis communication, in theory and illustrated by real-world examples
• The participants apply these fundamentals in a crisis simulation and learn from the experiences of the other participants
• By the end of the short seminar, participants will have a basic understanding of how to react and communicate in a crisis

Target group: Owners, board members, C-levels and heads of communication/public affairs

Speaker:

Dr. Hans-Jakob Boesch, founder and managing partner of hjb GmbH, the strategic advisory boutique in crisis management, public affairs, and strategic communications for boards of directors and executive management. He brings years of experience in politics, corporate business, journalism, and consulting.
