Gloria Frauenfelder
President
Gloria Frauenfelder has over 20 years of experience in the commodity industry, having held various positions in finance, controlling, tax, treasury, procurement, legal, and compliance. She has worked for Hershey Company, Mondelez, and Kraft Foods in Zug, Switzerland. Gloria holds a degree in finance and administration, as well as a Chartered Accounting/Controlling (CPA) certification.
Bryce McFerran
Vice President
Bryce McFerran has extensive experience in financial services and commodity trading in New York, London and Switzerland. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in New York. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science with a degree in Economics.
Harris Antoniou
Vice President
Harris Antoniou is the founder and CEO of Neptune Maritime Leasing Ltd and member and treasurer of the Board of Directors of the NGO “Komvos-Node: Networks of Global Hellenism”. Through the investment firm Codrus Capital AG, he actively invests in and advises start-ups operating in renewable energy, technology, financial services, and fixed assets. He is an investor and board member of Natech SA Financial Software. For the past 30 years, he has held various management positions in leading financial and commodities organizations such as CEO of Amsterdam Trade Bank, Chairman and CEO of the AMCI group, as well as and member of the Management Team of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. responsible for Energy Commodities and Transportation globally.

Having transitioned from a career in commodities, she is the founder of YAS Coaching, dedicated to empowering both corporations and individuals through meticulously tailored training programs for professional growth.

Philip Edmonds
Philip Edmonds, Vice President, is the Founding Partner of M7 Metals GmbH, a steel and raw materials company, which was established in 2016 in Zug. Prior to establishing M7 Metals, he worked for the Stemcor Group for 27 years, the last decade of which as Deputy Chariman of the Group.
Ruth Sandelowsky
Ruth Sandelowsky has studied Law and worked for Philipp Brothers Amsterdam from 1974 till 1984 as a Trader in Chemicals.
In 1984 she became the head of the European operations of Phibro Energy till 1991. In 1991 she became the head of the Petrochemicals dept of Phibro Salomon which later became Citigroup. In 1997 Ruth established Kolmar Petrochemicals who became Kolmar Group in 2007, where she has been acting as CEO and Chairwoman of the Board to-date.
Wolfram Kuoni
Wolfram Kuoni, MBA INSEAD, is the managing partner of a Zurich based law firm. He holds a PhD on the Swiss Export Risk Insurance. His firm serves industrial and financial companies in the commodity industry. Since 2005 Wolfram has also been serving on the board and as shareholder of various industrial and financial companies active in the commodity industry.
Samuel Bussmann
Samuel has 25 years of experience in advising international companies, particularly in the commodities industry. Samuel is a founding partner of the consulting firm MME Tax AG with offices in Zug and Zurich. Previously, he spent many years with a Big4 firm in Switzerland and the USA. Samuel is a certified tax expert, holds a doctorate in law and is admitted to the Zug bar. He is a board member of various national and international companies.
Zakaria Soufiane
Zak is a dynamic commodity trading executive with experience spanning more than 15 years in the field. He develops and implements marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of Energy related commodities.
Zak’s career started as a trader in prominent commodity trading houses but evolved over time to cover the full commodity value chain. This includes, as a founder, engineering complex financial solutions, as well as leading successful mergers and acquisitions.
He holds a master’s degree from University Paris Dauphine – PSL.
